JBS october gallery update
i got a new toy over the weekend. i have to tell you, i’m hooked. saturday night i played around with some practice cut and watching a few in depth cameo lessons online. sunday was a super lazy day around here and i spent a few more hours out in the studio cutting and pasting and putting together the five layouts above. i’ve you’ve been on the fence i’m giving you a little push. you won’t regret it, promise. i kept saying i didn’t need one, i scrapped just fine without alot of the extra bells and whistles of a die-cut machine. but see that silhouette schoolboy above? old kR stamp image. knowing now what i can do & that i can turn any clip-art or designs i love into a cut file? love!!
if you have one and want to share any fav shops or places you get clip art i’d love to hear where you get them. ;)

I have had a Silhouette for two years and have never figured out how to use it. Maybe I should dust it off and try again!

i just received my cameo about a month ago & have used it on pretty much every project :). i am still trying to figure it all out…but i’m so in love. like you…took me forever to commit to a spendy dc tool but, man, am i glad i gave up the cold feet :)!

I love those bird cuts, where did you get them? OK the little boy studying is really cute too. I have just recently figured out that my old blue wishblade will work with the silhouette software and I’ve been having fun playing with it too!

kerry do you need the software upgrade to make a cut file?

i didn’t purchase the upgrade robyn, i’m finding that using photoshop & illustrator have been working fine for me. if you don’t have these you might want to get it though. x0x
