books to shelves + giveaway winner
a few weeks ago i spent some time cleaning, purging and rearranging the studio. for a while i’ve been wanting some narrow shelves along the wall at the back of my two large workshop tables. at first i thought i was going to use some old bricks that i had from a garden path project but then i remembered the stacks of old readers digest books that i had left over from an old kR kit. i gathered three books, wrapped them tightly in old twine and stacked them with some old vintage boards from the shed. the back was made with old pink trim that i purchased at my favorite salvage yard in SF over a year ago. yes. my motto is collect first, decide what to do with it later. ;)
i also picked the winner of the everyday eclectic winner from over the weekend…
send me an email kazoulis with your contact info including mailing address and i’ll pass it along to allison & echo park asap.
