i’m putting you to work…

to make a chore chart to put your kids to work!

tristan's chore chart

franki's chore chart

i’ve been wanting to make chore charts for both my children for quite some time. i thought the little label stamps from the Occidental Road add-on kit were perfect for this!

i first made a blank “master copy” of my chart:

blank chore chart

i didn’t really align or measure the placement of my stamps. i wanted a more “handmade” look & just did it free-hand.

i scanned & saved the master copy to my computer that way i wouldn’t have to break out my stamps every time i needed a new weekly sheet!

*tip*- i printed out a whole bunch of copies at once so they would be handy ;)

i then made a “background board” using a children’s vintage book cover & used ric-rac & string to make the “slots” where my weekly charts will slip in.

easy peasy!

any questions?

post ‘em here & i’ll get back to you as soon as i can!

hope you’re having a wonderful sommer & not working too hard.

be sure to tune in tomorrow night for the july reveal!!!
