Adorn yourself…

I used the little brass oval in this month’s kit to create a fun bracelet (it could also be a pendant!). I made a mini collage inside the oval, and then coated the whole thing with a thick coat of Glossy Accents (you could also use Crystal Lacquer or any other product that dries to a glossy, clear coat). I used gel medium to adhere the bias tape to the back of the oval (for the strap of the bracelet). A little bracelet like this would be a great gift for a sweet friend.

Have you made something to wear with one of the kits? Post a link and let me see it!

Your kits aren’t just for scrapping…

When you’re done scrapping with your luscious kit every month, keep some of the scraps…they are perfect for art journaling collages!

I used bits from the April kit, Central Valley, for this little collage in my art journal. I adhered the fabric with a coat of gel medium. I added paint & spray ink, and some loose, flowy handwriting. Try doing a mini collage with your kr scraps…I know you’ll love it!
