what inspires…

you??

as scrappers we are asked this question alot!! and different things inspire each of differently. i confess…the things that inspire me change….but it’s all dependent upon my mood and what and how i am feeling. and it’s definitely seasonal!! right now as we head into spring and i sit here in alberta still heavily draped with snow…the colors of spring inspire me…the sunshine inspires me…the longer days…

within that inspiration i have found a renewal and rebirth of my crafting…love that!

right now i would have say all things yellow inspire me…the march kit, the collector and the march add on, lovely vintage totally encouraged that inspiration….

so here is a little yellow to brighten your day and inspire!!!

Yellow is truly a spring-color, and I think I love it even more this year… Yellow makes me happy and inspires. And what also made me totally happy and inspired today: I found the very first flower in my garden today!

I am building a store in the west edmonton mall right now and visit alberta every two weeks so I know what you mean about it still being cold. When I land back in Columbus, Ohio I forget how warm it is here. Hope it gets warmer up there soon. Thanks for the website, I browse on my lunch hour and enjoy it.

    Hello,
We are having a blizzard here today, schools and lots of businesses are closed. Even the snow inspires me to create. It sparkles, drifts, is cold and forms amazing “sculptures” when it blows. Mostly though, my family, inspires me. I get inspired by Tim Holtz, Teresa Collins and especially Rebecca Sower. I love the blogs of many others also. The color turquoise and butterflies.. I could go on and on but I won’t…

The clump of sunny daffodils that live right by the interstate… So many people zoom by and never even notice them but I do. They are plucky little flowers!

I’m a sucker for light. Early morning light, late afternoon light…light and shadows and the change complexion of things in those light always inspires me….
